Shipping policy

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1–6 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Apparel & Split Shipments

Some items, including T-shirts and select apparel, are fulfilled separately from other products. These items may ship in a different package and can take 1–3 weeks to arrive. If your order includes both gear and apparel, you may receive multiple shipments.


Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.


International Shipping & Duties

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Brook Fishing Co. is not responsible for these charges, and they are the customer’s responsibility.


Tracking Your Order

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification that includes a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email (or up to 3 weeks for apparel items), please contact us at shop.brookfishing@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.


Returns

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, as long as the item is unused and in its original condition. Refunds will be issued for the full order amount, minus return shipping costs.


Damages

If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at shop.brookfishing@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We handle these on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to make it right.
